One
of the most useless things in a Clarion application is the client
area of an MDI frame window. Why? Because you can't put any controls
there! This is often the only part of an application that's visible
all the time, making it even more tragic!
Now
it is possible to stop wasting this valuable space! FrameText allows
your Clarion application to display any kind of text in the client
area of the frame window. It allows you to specify all parameters
like:
- Font
name, size, style
- Charset
- Text
color, light color and shadow color
- Justification
(left, center, right)
All
this can be done by simply adding an extension template to your
frame procedure. All settings mentioned above can be either fixed
and chosen directly or variable (assigned at runtime). You'll have
your FrameText running in under 5 minutes without writing a single
line of code!
FrameText
ships with a compiled html help file (chm format).
