Introduction

SysProgress is the fifth in our (still growing) series of wrapper classes around the so called "common controls" of the win32 system. This time we wrapped around the progress bar control. Just like for trackbar controls, there are some freeware solutions available for progress bars, but again we found none of them complete AND easy to use. As it fits perfectly into our Sys* product series, we decided to build a solid progress bar - SysProgress is the result.

"Why another progress bar?" you might ask. Well, TopSpeed did indeed do nice work with their progress control; however, there are some missing features like smooth progress indicator bars, the ability to choose the background and / or bar color as well as vertically oriented controls. SysProgress offers all this - changeable at runtime!

As with all our products, you'll be able to use the SysProgress controls without writing a single line of code!

Let me start by saying what you not get: The box shown above is a virtual one - the software is only available for download via internet. Upon purchase, you'll be provided with all data required to download and install the product. This will give you:
